6.7 Powerstroke CCV Reroute/Delete Kit for 2011–2025 Ford Super Duty

Fits 2011–2025 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine, including compatible Pickup and Cab & Chassis applications.

Important fitment note: Installation on certain 2025 models may require CCV sensor retention or modification. Confirm your model year and selected configuration before ordering.

The factory closed crankcase ventilation system routes oil-laden crankcase vapor back toward the engine intake. Over time, this vapor can contribute to oily intake piping, intercooler residue and buildup around connected components.

The SPETUNER 6.7 Powerstroke CCV delete kit provides a more controlled way to reroute crankcase vapor away from the intake path. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can also use an internal or internal-and-external catch can setup to help separate and collect oil mist before the vapor exits the system.
