FAQ

Q: Is this EZ LYNK package for the 3.0L Powerstroke?

A: It is listed for 2018-2019 Ford F-150 pickups with the 3.0L Powerstroke. A 6.7L Super Duty or a gasoline F-150 needs a different compatibility assessment; sharing the Ford badge is not sufficient.

Q: What is included with the F-150 Device + Single Tune option?

A: That selector combines the tuning interface and a single-tune service. Only Single Tune and Only Tuner Device are separate selections. Check the final order description against the equipment and service you actually need.

Q: Does this F-150 package provide SOTF switching?

A: The published F-150 selector lists Single Tune, not a SOTF option. Do not assume shift-on-the-fly control, multiple levels or a selector switch is included. Ask before buying if that functionality is essential.

Q: Can I order Only Single Tune for an Auto Agent I already own?

A: Have the supplier verify the interface model, account and vehicle authorization first. An existing device may meet the hardware need, but its presence does not establish that your truck has the required service entitlement.

Q: What if the Auto Agent is connected but the F-150 profile is missing?

A: Contact the supplying technician or package seller to verify the vehicle linkage and profile assignment. Buying an interface alone does not automatically supply every ECU profile.

Q: Will this package support a PTO-equipped application?

A: The listing says tuning does not support PTO units. Resolve any work-equipment requirement with the supplier before purchase rather than assuming a basic diagnostic connection confirms full service compatibility.

Q: Will the package guarantee better F-150 fuel economy?

A: No fixed fuel-economy gain or emissions approval follows from the package name. Confirm the exact lawful service offered and compare expectations against the truck's condition, load, tires and use.
