---tab Description---

SPEtuner 4"/5" DPF Delete Exhaust System & Complete EGR Delete Kit For 2013-2018 RAM 6.7L Cummins Cab & Chassis

SPEtuner 6.7L Cummins Cab & Chassis Delete Suite maximizes power, fuel savings, and durability with a 4"/5" DPF delete exhaust and heavy-duty EGR delete kit. It removes restrictive filters and soot-clogged EGR components to slash backpressure, lower EGTs, speed turbo spool, and halt forced regen cycles. A plug-and-play system built for severe commercial and off-road performance.

Key Features

  • Cab & Chassis Specific Routing: Precision-fit design with tailored wheelbase and hanger placement for seamless commercial chassis installation.
  • Max Exhaust Scavenging: 4"/5" mandrel-bent piping removes factory restrictions, slashes backpressure, and sharpens turbo throttle response.
  • Total EGR Elimination: Removes the failure-prone EGR cooler and valve to block soot-laden exhaust from fouling your intake system.
  • Heavy-Duty Durability: Built from premium corrosion-resistant materials to endure extreme heat, high boost, and tough work conditions.
  • Pure Engine Longevity: Keeps soot and hot gases out of your intake, protecting valves, pistons, and injectors for hundreds of thousands of miles.

Specification

  • Made from Aluminized Steel/ T-409 Stainless Steel
  • Thickness: 2mm
  • Inlet Diameter: 4"/5"
  • Get rids of restricting the cat pipe (catless, decat, test pipe)
  • This Turbo-Back race pipe will allow removal of the catalytic converter, SCR, and DPF filter for off-road use.

Installation

2013-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins EGR Delete Kit Instruction

DPF Installation Guide:

  • DIY-Friendly Install: The install takes about 1 hour with basic hand tools done on the ground of your driveway or garage. Quicker if you have automotive style lift. Cutting may be required to fit shorter wheelbase bed/cab configurations. Clamps, hangers, and hardware are included. You may have to re-use some factory hardware.
  • Mandatory Tuner: This is a race-only exhaust. A DPF-delete capable tuner (e.g., EZ Lynk, Mini Maxx) is required to prevent Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and Check Engine Lights.

---tab FAQ---

FAQ

Q1: How does a Cab & Chassis delete kit differ from a standard Ram 2500/3500 Pickup delete kit?
A1: Cab & Chassis models (3500/4500/5500) feature straight, flat frame rails, commercial rear axle positioning, and different exhaust pipe routing compared to standard pickup beds. Additionally, Cab & Chassis ECMs use commercial-grade tuning software profiles, meaning pickup tunes and exhaust pipes will not physically or electronically fit this platform.

Q2: Does this kit support Cab & Chassis models equipped with the Aisin AS69RC automatic transmission?
A2: Yes. However, because the Aisin AS69RC transmission relies on torque-management communication from the ECM, you must use a Cab & Chassis-specific delete tune. The tune adjusts engine torque delivery to ensure crisp shifts and prevent clutch slippage under high commercial payloads.

Q3: What do I do with the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system and SCR catalysts?
A3: Unlike 2013–2018 pickup models, Cab & Chassis trucks use a heavy-duty SCR/DEF system. Once the delete tune is flashed and the kit is mechanically installed, the DEF pump and heaters are electronically disabled. You can drain the DEF tank and leave it mounted or remove the tank and lines completely to free up frame rail space.

Q4: Will this kit clear trucks equipped with optional dual fuel tanks (mid-ship and rear tanks)?
A4: Yes. The intermediate pipe contour is routed to maintain safe clearance around factory mid-ship and rear auxiliary fuel tanks. During installation, verify that the exhaust piping maintains at least 1 to 2 inches of air gap from fuel lines and tank plastic shields before final clamping.

Q5: Can this installation be uninstalled to return the truck to factory stock?
A5: Yes. The system uses bolt-on flanges, block-off plates, and slip-joint clamps designed to attach directly to OEM engine and frame mounting points. No permanent frame cutting or welding is required, allowing all factory emissions components to be reinstalled if necessary.
